COVID-19 : Customer Update

In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we would like to inform our customers that we are open as usual for business however, things will be done a little differently. We are classed as category 1 key workers meaning we will be staying open during these unprecedented times.

General Deliveries:

As a business, we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our workers whilst still maintaining business operations. For the foreseeable future, we are asking our drivers to keep interactions with all customers to an absolute minimum. All deliveries will be done on a Contactless basis and any orders that are usually paid cash to the driver should now be paid over the phone as we are not accepting any cash at present. 

If You Are Self Isolating:

We can directly deliver fuel to your outside tank whilst you stay inside. if you have a lock on the tank make sure this is left open prior to delivery.

Ordering:

If you would like to place an order and already have an account please use our online form linked below. If you do not have an account or need to make payment for your delivery you can still give us a phone on 01360 660264 however phone lines may be busy due to the volume of orders we are receiving.

In-Person Purchases

If visiting our head office in Croftamie, we are asking for you to stay at the outside door, knock and one of our friendly staff will serve you at the door.

RMS Installations
Under the latest government restrictions, we have decided only to install RMS into customers that are classed as vulnerable and fall under CWP during this time.


The situation may change over the next few weeks and we will keep you updated with any further changes.
