Please let me take this opportunity to thank you very much for the efficient and professional service I received today at the shortest of notice. Following the slightly embarrassing confirmation from the Scottish Gas Engineer that our boiler was not the issue with our Heating and Hot water system but rather a supply issue (We hadn’t realised there was no gas to the cooker as we hadn’t used it for a few days), the service I received from you and J-Gas was outstanding.
I would particularly like to commend the J-Gas Service Engineer (Jack) who appeared around 5pm and worked to restore the supply network after discovering the fault to be a faulty regulator.
I would be grateful if this compliment could be passed onto the J-Gas team along with my thanks.
